Stop Sweating and Start Living

If excessive perspiration is making your life miserable then you may be ready to stop sweating and start living.  Having to deal with too much sweat on your body can not only make you feel uncomfortable but may also cause embarrassment. Some people seem to be more prone to this problem than others, and a minority may need surgery to fix the problem. For the vast majority of people though there are simple things they can do to stop sweating and start living. We will look at some of these here.

How to Stop Sweating and Start Living

There are many ways to deal with sweating and these are just the tip of the ice-berg:

-    Wash yourself using a lemon solution. Many people claim that this can really reduce the amount you sweat. It is probably not a good idea to use this for a sweaty face.

-    Having an additional shower half-way through the day. You would be quite amazed at what a difference this can make. This not only lets you get rid of the old sweat but it also gives your body to chance to get rid of excess heat.

-    Always use talcum powder after a shower because this will mean that you stay dry for longer.

-    Ask your chemist for a stronger antiperspirant. Most of the antiperspirants you will find on sale will tend to be very low- strength and not very good for excessive sweating.

-    Wearing cotton clothing as this is said to help reduce sweating.

-    Wear layered clothing so that you can quickly remove layers as you heat up and add them as you start to feel cold.
